 Anna Kendrick is an American singer and actress who has a her net worth at $20 million. Anna Kendrick was already a Tony-nominated child actress when she signed up to appear in the "Twilight" series. Between "Twilight" filming, she also shot five more films including "Up in the Air". She was nominated for an Oscar for her performance as George Clooney in that film. She has been a part of a variety of commercially and critically successful projects since when, including "Scott Pilgrim Vs. America". Anna Cook Kendrick was conceived in Portland, Maine, on the 9th of August the year 1985. Her mother worked as an accountant, while her father was a teacher of history. Anna was raised by her older brother Michael an actor who later became her father. Anna Kendrick began auditioning for Broadway productions as an teen at Deering High School in Portland. At age 12, she booked her first big theater part when she joined the group of High Society in 1998. Her performance was rewarded with numerous nominations and awards even though she was just a young child. In 2003, she starred in the musical A Little Night Music. In the same year, she made her film debut in the film Camp at age fifteen. For this performance as well as her subsequent appearance in 2007's Rocket Science, Kendrick won even more nominations and awards.
